How does the 14 day trial work?

When you order our Hand Soap Starter Kit, you’ll pay $0 upfront.

The full amount is shown at checkout, but you won’t be charged until 14 days after your order date.

If you love it, do nothing, your payment will be processed automatically.

What happens if i keep the kit?

If you decide to keep the kit, we’ll charge you the full amount on Day 14.

You’ll also be automatically enrolled in our convenient 90-day refill subscription, so you’ll never run out of your favorite scents.

You can cancel this subscription anytime.

What's included in each starter kit?

1x 300ml forever glass bottle
3x signature scents refills sachets (last 2-3 months in total)
Hand towels (for 2 & 3 kits bundle)

What if i decided to return it?

If it’s not for you, just send it back to us within 14 days and you will not be charged.

Return:
1. Contact us for an ezy2ship return label
2. Pack your box and kit to be sent back
3. Print and drop off the box at any POPStation near you

Here’s what we need:

The full kit, including the glass bottle, the original box, unopened hand towels and at least 2 unopened refill sachets.
The return must include the original box to qualify for a refund.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at admin@heyflorica.com, and we’ll provide you a return shipping label. Please print and affix the label and drop off at a POPStation near you.

What if I’ve already thrown away the original box or opened the hand towel or more than one sachet?

For a free trial, we need the original box, glass bottle, unopened hand towels and at least two unopened sachets included in the return. If any of these items are no longer available, we are not be able to process your return.

What if I only decide to return the kit after 14 days?

After the 14-day trial period, the full amount for the kit will be charged.

Returns are only accepted within the 14-day trial window.

Why am i getting charged before 14 days?

You might see a charge labeled as pending on your card. This is just a preauthorization, like what hotels or ride-sharing apps do to check that your card is valid. The actual payment only goes through after 14 days if you decide to keep your kit.
